Interview
Longest process ever: more than 12 weeks. Experience based, situational and behavioural questions 1) Standard recruiter 30 minutes screening 2) Hiring manager interview 3) Take home exercise (which is not difficult, but very long to complete, so make sure you do not have any life for a couple of days) 4) Panel interview to discuss the exercise with the hiring manager and one/two cross-functional heads I have worked with two recruiters for the same position. Radio silence the whole time: they don't give you any feedback, any news, they just tell you you made it to the next round but no more information on anything else. The process is extremelly inhuman, unprofessional and robotic. They ask you for your availability but ignore it and then place a slot that might not be convenient. After more than a week, I wrote the recruiter asking for news and she would get back 3 days later saying she didn't have any news. Not only that is not possible, but I find it very unprofessionnal on their end to not being able to keep candidates updated on the process. Even if they have other candidates, they should be able to be more transparent and manage candidates' expectations. Almost 3 weeks after my last interview, I haven't received any news at all, even if I have sent the recruiter a couple of emails. Ghosting isn't great, specially when you are combining an assessment with a full time job. Throughout both processes they did not engage with me or made me feel valued. Even though I could still be in the process, I would not want to work for them.

Got contacted with a recruiter, one phone screening hard LC question, next 4 interviews are system design, algorithm (got LC medium), platform specific question, and behavioral. Recruiters should be replaced by software to be honest, feels very redundant and lack of follow up.

1st - HR 2nd - Hiring manager 3rd - Peers 4th - Assignment submission & presentation Very UNPROFESSIONAL. The whole process of interview wasn't pleasant, as guidance on assignment was very unclear and communication with TA was horrible. I had two assignments and even TA wasn't aware how this should be done, on top of that... not answering emails for my questions, had to really push her with multiple emails. how stressful when you're preparing massive assignment with your current full time job. Although, I liked the people I talked to during interviews, shame that they seem to have very unprofessional hiring process.

The process was smooth and well planned. Initial round with HR to check my motivation and Hr gave an overview of role and company. Then round with peer from the team - mostly about your experience and certain scenarios. Then a case study round, was given 5days to prepare and present to leadership team for 4 audience. Haven't heard after that. Irrespective of the outcome, I enjoyed the interview and process, especially the case study.
